Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give us 5 days notice in advance. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Any support provided in excess of the agreed retainer package will be invoiced at the rate specified in the rate plan policy. Additional costs incurred by Specifi VA Ltd will not be incurred without prior permission from the Client and will be billed directly to the Client. Payment is due at the point of booking. Work may only commence once the required cleared funds for payment are received in full. Any work carried out over this will be invoiced at the beginning of the following month.   Our charges may be subject to change periodically and subject to us first providing 30 days written notice to you.  Any payment we make on your behalf for purchases shall be paid by you (without any set off, counterclaim or other deduction) in advance. All of the time that we spend working on the Services, including without limitation research, administration and communication (whether by telephone, email, fax or otherwise) will be chargeable at the applicable hourly rate or included in the retainer hours (as the case may be).
